    prwarning(<variable>);

The procedure in this variable is called by the compiler to print a warning
message to indicate that a variable is being declared automatically.The value
of PRWARNING is user-assignable; the default value is SYSPRWARNING, which
prints a message as follows:

    sysprwarning("foo");

    ;;; DECLARING VARIABLE foo
