HELP SYSTRMDEV                                      A.Sloman August 1988

    systrmdev(<device record>) -> <boolean>;

SYSTRMDEV is a test for whether a device record refers to a terminal. It
returns TRUE if the device is a terminal, and FALSE otherwise.
