PROCEDURES AS DATA OBJECTS

These work with procedures in general:

        * DEFINE            - making a procedure
        * ISPROCEDURE       - Is something a procedure?
        * UPDATER           - Updaters
        * PDPROPS           - A slot holding a name to be printed out
        * PDNARGS           - Number of arguments expected
        * PROCEDURE         - Making an anonymous procedure, or declaring
                                a variable to have type 'procedure'.
Special kinds of procedures:

        * CLOSURES      * PROPERTIES        * MACRO     * ARRAYS

Watching a procedure at work:

        * TRACE
        * UNTRACEALL
