The variable POPENVLIST contains a list of the environment variable strings
passed to the POP system on startup, i.e. a list of strings of the form 'N=V'
where N is a variable name and V its value. *SYSTRANSLATE can be used to
translate an environment variable to its value. To find the current
environment do:
popenvlist ==>
