HELP ISVECTORCLASS                                    John Williams, June 1985

ISVECTORCLASS(item) -> key or FALSE

This procedure tests whether its argument, which can be any POPLOG object,
is a vector type data-structure. If so, it returns the object's key, otherwise
it returns FALSE. For example:

    isvectorclass('foo') =>
    ** <key string>

    isvectorclass([f o o]) =>
    ** <false>

    vectorclass bitstring 1;
    isvectorclass(initbitstring(5)) =>
    ** <key bitstring>
