HELP ISRECORDCLASS                                    John Williams, June 1985

ISRECORDCLASS(item) -> key or FALSE

This procedure tests whether its argument, which can be any POPLOG object,
is a record type data-structure. If so, it returns the object's key, otherwise
it returns FALSE. For example:

    isrecordclass([foo]) =>
    ** <key pair>

    isrecordclass('foo') =>
    ** <false>

    recordclass student name course;
    isrecordclass(consstudent("john", "psychology")) =>
    ** <key student>
