HELP ISDDECIMAL                              John Williams, January 1986

    isddecimal(<item>) -> <boolean>

This procedure returns <true> if its argument is a double precision
decimal number, and <false> otherwise.

Two related procedures are: *ISSDECIMAL, which recognises single
precision decimal numbers, and *ISDECIMAL, which recognises any decimal.
