HELP CONT                                      Mark Rubinstein, Oct 1985

This procedure (and its UPDATER) access the contents of REFs created
with CONSREF, for example:

    consref(3) -> x;
    x =>
    ** <ref 3>
    cont(x) =>
    ** 3
    4 -> cont(x);
    cont(x) =>
    ** 4
