HELP CONSSTRING Steven Hardy, March 1982

    consstring(INT) -> STRING

Given an integer, this procedure create a string of the given size and
fills it from characters on the user stack. The topmost character on the
stack will be the last character of the string, for example:

    consstring(`C`, `A`, `T`, 3) =>
    ** 'CAT'

-consstring- could be defined as:

    define consstring(size);
        lvars size;
        fill(inits(size))
    enddefine;

(The actual definition is much more efficient.)
